Franklins Training is a company that provides health and safety courses for businesses, helping them stay compliant and keep their teams safe. When they first reached out to us, they wanted to increase their website traffic and attract more businesses to book onto their courses. However, their SEO wasn’t helping them get discovered, and they didn’t have a clear way to track their site’s performance.
That’s where IDIGIU came in—to fine-tune their website, improve their search rankings, and turn their online presence into a real driver of growth.
We began working with Franklins Training in July 2023 with a clear goal: increase website traffic and attract more businesses to their courses. Our first step was a full website audit to uncover SEO opportunities and areas for improvement. From there, we developed a 6 to 8-month SEO strategy focusing on both technical fixes and content creation and improvement.
Our key actions included:
Fixing technical SEO issues to improve site performance and indexing
Restructuring their URLs to make navigation more SEO-friendly
Creating fresh content and new landing pages to better showcase their courses
Launching a dedicated blog section with industry-relevant topics to attract more organic traffic
Since Franklins Training didn’t have any traffic tracking in place, we also set up Google Analytics to monitor their progress. In August 2023, their site had just 109 monthly visitors—but after implementing our SEO strategy, they’re now seeing over 330 users per month, a 203% increase in traffic.
Beyond just visitor numbers, we worked on improving their keyword rankings to make them more visible in search results. Back in August 2023, they were only ranking for 19 UK-based keywords. Today, they’re showing up for 77 targeted keywords, significantly expanding their reach. And most importantly, their enquiries from businesses looking to book courses also grew, proving that the right SEO strategy leads to real business impact.
Midway through, we helped them launch their online courses, opening up a brand-new revenue stream. Then, in November 2023, they took a bold step and changed their business domain. We’ve been working closely with them to ensure a smooth transition without losing rankings or traffic, and we’re continuing to refine their SEO strategy to push their results even further.
